Tasting note
Deep ruby red On the nose, intense aromas of red berries, black pepper, amarena cherries and mulberries. Very fruity on the palate, fine, velvety tannins and a rich body with a spicy, mineral note.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with lamb, grilled beef, spicy stews or medium-aged cheese.
Vinification
The maceration takes place in concrete barrels for approx. 4 weeks. Depending on the vintage, barrel aging takes around 8-10 months, followed by 6 months in a concrete tank.
