About the wine
With this dominant Cabernet Sauvignon 2010 — Les Pavots, the term taste takes on a new meaning. Sunny landscapes in California give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the US winery Peter Michael creates this red wine with refinement and experience. Tasting note
The playful aromas of fruit compote, spices and tobacco express a lot of finesse with a very individual structure. Subsequently, the distinctive nuances of black cherry, black plum and black pepper reveal their own character. Its deep ruby red color crowns every festive occasion with style and magic. You won't find this shade in any color palette. A strong body and dominant acidity result in the fruity red wine, which, balanced with fine tannins in the mouth, shows plenty of character and class.
Culinary recommendation
Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Goes well with Gruyère burgers, red meat and ribeye steak. Our recommendation: The ideal drinking temperature for the red wine is a slightly chilled 16°-18°C.
