Tasting note
Intensive start with notes of lime, grapefuit, white peach, kiwi, mango and beeswax, plus notes of fresh flowers. Medium-bodied on the palate with a fine, silky texture and a crisp, brilliant acidity. The wood is perfectly integrated and the aromas of nectarine and citrus fruits persist for a very long time on the finish.

Vinification
After manual harvesting, the selected grapes are gently pressed without destemming and then fermented. The Bordeaux blend then matures for ten months in 100% new French oak barrels on the lees, without BSA.
