Tasting note
Rich, sparkling purple, complex nose with aromas of cassis, elderberry and black berries. The impressions are confirmed on the palate, framed by a little pepper and vanilla. The Pocket Peter once again shows its most impressive side. Unfortunately, the 2012 vintage is extremely rare, and in 2013, the harvest was so low due to the climate that no gravières was pressed.
