Christmas 2021 is just around the corner! Make the most of it with this dominant Chenin Blanc 2016 — Les Faraunières Anjou AC! Picturesque and fertile landscapes of the Loire give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the French winery Domaine Andrée conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you serve this Chenin Blanc with puff pastry or pretzel sticks.

Tasting note
Some of the 100-year-olds are located on around 1.4 hectares! Chenin Blanc vines whose yellow clay soils are characterized by slate and quartz. Wonderfully inviting nose with aromas of quince, candied orange peel, vineyard peach and some pineapple, underlined with notes of blossom honey and mineral-spicy flint touch. On the palate with a beautiful texture, juicy and elegant, with a great balance of fruit, minerality and a fine, well-supporting acid nerve.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect for various fish dishes and seafood, such as grilled sea bass with fennel seeds and orange zest, or turbot with mussel gnage, but also juicy lemon chicken.
