Tasting note
The glass shows a deep ruby red. On the nose, tempting aromas of ripe red berries, plums and fine spices develop, accompanied by subtle roasted notes. On the palate, the wine appears supple, with well-integrated tannins and refreshing acidity. The aftertaste is long and characterized by fruity notes and a touch of minerality.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with duck breast, rack of lamb or ratatouille.
Vinification
After destemination, gentle maceration and alcoholic fermentation take place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruit aromas and elegance of the grape varieties. The wine is then aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, some of which are new.
