Tasting note
On the nose, this Cabernet Franc is versatile with aromas of dark berries and violets, forest soil and subtle leather and spice notes. The palate is fresh, with lots of minerality and a long finish ending with wild herbs and black berries.

Vinification
The grapes from the organic vineyards are harvested and destemmed by hand. Les Clos Lyzières matures exclusively in concrete tanks for 12 months.
