Sparkling and golden, the Cuvée Les Chapitres presents itself in a beautiful, bright and seductive colour as well as a wonderful sparkling spirit. The Cuvée Les Chapitres loudly and clearly proclaims all the values of the Meunier grape with its warm, complex and perfect expression, which gives an impression of harmony and purity.

Tasting note
Bright straw yellow. Notes of citrus, orange peel and bread. Later, the expression gains depth with floral scents, herbal tea and dried fruit against a mineral background. Silky delicate texture, very long finish with aromas of warm spices against a mineral background.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with seafood and fine meats, curry and saffron sauces.
Vinification
70% wine from the reference year and 30% reserve wines. Ageing time in the cellar: 5 years, after disgorgement: 6 months.
