Color: Iridescent, rich golden yellow with fine reflections, colortight. Aromatics: Intense, ripe aromas of gooseberries and citrus interweave with vegetal, earthy notes (book, undergrowth), finely floral, elderflowers. Body: Long, lively start, crisp and fresh, juicy acidity, strong, rich palate aromas, distinctive cassis notes in the finale. Quality: Finely interwoven harmony with delicate aromas, very clear of the variety.
