Les Binardes is the result of Jean-Michel Stephan's decades of experience and his lifelong pursuit of his vision: producing flawless wines without any additives such as SO2, etc. that radiate a particular balance and energy. This cuvée of Syrah and Viognier smells of dark cherries, mulberries, tangerines and bergamot. On the palate, it is slim and elegant with soft tannins and a drinky juiciness. Aromas reminiscent of dark berries. The high aroma density results in a powerful, long finish. A poem about deer with green beans and Jerusalem artichoke puree.
