Tasting note
Les Allées de Cérac Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux AOP 2019 is an elegant and well-structured red wine with a fine balance between fruit and finesse. The nose is dominated by aromas of red berries such as cherry and raspberry, accompanied by slightly spicy notes of pepper and vanilla. On the palate, it is full-bodied and round with soft, well-integrated tannins and a pleasant freshness. The aftertaste is long and fruity, which gives the wine a nice length.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with dishes such as beef steak, lamb, grilled vegetables or a cheese platter with aged gouda or camembert.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully sorted. The vinification takes place in stainless steel containers, followed by aging in oak barrels, which give the wine extra complexity without sacrificing freshness. The wine is gently pressed and carefully checked for balance and structure.
