Tasting note
Grown on 4 hectares high above the municipality of Tournon-sur-Rhône, the Syrah of our Saint Joseph is seductive and powerful. On the nose, a complex aroma was revealed with notes of black olive paste, spices and delicate, red wild fruits. Voluptuous and well-structured on the palate, it has powerful aromas with young tannins that are similar to those that were already present on the nose. The granite soil and fresh climate of these vineyards give it freshness, minerality and an amazing balance.

Goes well with grilled game or game dishes with sauce.
