Tasting note
Syrah expresses its full expression on four sandy, loamy hectares of soil covered with pebbles. Deep purple, almost black robe. The concentrated bouquet requires a lot of air, but is then extremely strong and aromatic with notes of ripe, black fruit and cassis. On the palate, a wonderful elegance and refinement with wonderful aromas, which are accompanied by velvety tannins and result in a long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red, grilled meat, spicy dishes and stews.

12 months in two-year wooden barrels.
