Tasting note
Bright gold robe with golden reflections. The delicate, precise and complex bouquet exudes wonderful aromas with the exotic character typical of Viognier and notes of white peaches, spices and citrus fruits. More powerful and full of finesse on the palate. It is rich, complex, with a nice creaminess and remarkably balanced by a very nice freshness. The strong and elegant aromas are extremely long-lasting.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with prawns or as an aperitif.
Vinification
Partially in tanks and partly in barriques with a capacity of 2.25 liters, followed by storage of yeast for 8 months.
