Tasting note
Color: garnet red with purple reflections. Aroma: On the nose, notes of orange zest, tart chocolate, a touch of black tea and fine oak spice with a breeze of vanilla. Character: Fruity and aromatic on the palate with notes of blackberries, rose hips and dark cherries.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with grilled fish, vegetables and meat. Also great with fresh salads, antipasti and Mediterranean and Oriental dishes.
Vinification
Aged for 24 months in new oak barrels. Then dealcoholized by vacuum distillation with aroma recovery.
