Tasting note
Intense ruby red, notes of fresh fruit, spices and flowers. Juicy on the palate, sweet with appealing tannins and high drinking flow.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitif, traditional Tuscan appetizers, fish in tomato sauce.
Vinification
Fermentation: 15 days at 26-28°C in steel tanks with natural yeasts; spontaneous BSA during ageing. Ageing: 6 months in stainless steel tanks and 3 months in bottle.
