Dark, ripe cherry, blackberry, smoke and leather on the nose. Berry-fruity aromas in the mouth, exciting interplay of acidity and tannins.

Vinification
Repeated long maceration. Spontaneous fermentation, natural, biological acid degradation, aging in new and used small oak barrels for approx. 12 months, subsequent aging in large wooden barrels for 10 months.
