Tasting note
Bright, dense ruby red. On the nose, notes of dark berries are in the foreground, well-dosed roasted aromas complement the intense bouquet. Multi-faceted and powerful on the palate. Tannin and acidity are harmoniously combined, the finale is extremely pleasant and persists well.
Vinification
The temperature-controlled fermentation takes place in stainless steel and lasts 18 days, then the wine ages in barriques for one year.
