Tasting note
The grapes for this pure Cabernet Sauvignon come from the Chianti region near Castelnuovo Berardenga. The label depicts Thelonious Monk, an American jazz musician. The wine is aged in barriques for 24 months. IN THE BOUQUET with notes of green peppers, licorice and vanilla. Full-bodied on the palate, with aromas of ripe fruit and velvety tannins.
