About the wine
Between sea and mountains, on the route that connects Perpignan to the Mediterranean coast, Domaine Lafage is based in a country house made of old stones from the 15th century. After six generations of winemakers, Jean-Marc and Eliane Lafage, both oenologists, now run the estate. They combine their experience with international technologies with traditional know-how and are supported by a team of 12 highly qualified and motivated employees.

Tasting note
This wine is dedicated to Jean-Marc and Eliane Lafage's daughter Lea. It is distinctive, complex and elegant; it shines deep black-red in the glass. On the nose, strong aromas of ripe black berries as well as some cherry and plum and vanilla notes appear. In the mouth, it is slightly sweet and full-bodied, with ripe tannins and a harmonious concentration of aromas. A complex wine with a long and very elegant finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pasta with meat, beef with dark sauces, grilled or fried, veal with dark sauces
