Tasting note
Nice salmon pink color On the nose, refreshing aromas of red berries and fruits, accompanied by fine floral notes. On the palate of good structure and freshness, juicy, with a slightly mineral finish.

Goes well with tapas, salmon terrines or a fresh summer salad.
Vinification
Jean-Claude Mas' great-grandfather bought the family's first vineyard in 1892. It was nine hectares in size and was located outside the town of Montagnac in the Hérault department. The family business grew from generation to generation, and today Jean-Claude Mas owns land in various areas of Languedoc.
