Tasting note
Black with red reflections The king of the Pyrenees is the bear, but Tannat, the queen of the grape varieties of the Southwest, is spicy, close to his nose. The palate is dominated by aromas of cherries, barrigue, and toasted notes. The wine is enjoyed even at a young age. Before opening, this unstabilized natural wine should be turned upside down. Let the bear have its honey pot, it will give you this very fine drip.
