Tasting note
Le Roi Soleil, a rosé wine that pays homage to the sun that illuminates the Mediterranean, with an elegant bottle design specifically designed to capture every ray of light and make the wine shimmer. The nose reveals fresh, delicate aromas of red berries. Crunchy on the palate, with aromas of fresh fruit, a hint of grapefruit peel and a slightly sour finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with salty tart, Mediterranean cuisine, tempura vegetables.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at an optimal temperature, destemmed and vinified by direct pressing at a low temperature.
