Tasting note
Le Quart Chapeau's scent spectrum of mushrooms and caramel candy cleverly plays with your sense of smell. Afterwards, fruity nuances of raspberry, cherry and vanilla will resolutely and consciously convince your taste buds. Medium-bodied and dominant acidity result in the fruity red wine, which, balanced with fine tannins in the mouth, shows a lot of character and class.
