Tasting note
The newcomer from Fattoria Le Pupille aged in amphoras and large wooden barrels. Aromatic, a double of a Côte-Rôtie! So much smoked meat, spices and dark fruit. Full-bodied, juicy and meaty with lots of dark fruit and a long and spicy finish with playful and earthy notes. Pure and vivid. Drink now or set aside. Limited to 3,000 bottles.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled meat, lamb, game or pasta with strong sauces.
Vinification
Several months in amphorae and botti.
