About the wine

Tasting note
Strong, dense dark red violet. Extraordinarily fruity, small wild berries, fiery pepper. Rich structure, wonderfully spicy tannins, full-bodied.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with turkey with chestnut filling, rabbit in juniper sauce, red braised meat, lamb, feathered game, soft cheese.
