About the wine
The origin of this special grape variety lies in the crossing of red Diolly and Pinot Noir. Fluctuating between elegance and richness, the Diolinoir shows remarkable subtlety.

Tasting note
Cassis and blackberry aromas, accompanied by a touch of oriental spices. Complex, full-bodied and fruity, with lovely, supple tannins. Dense, strong dark red.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with farmer's terrine, rabbit terrine with dried plums, couscous, poultry curry, rabbit with mustard sauce, beef cutlet, grilled lamb rack, wild boar fillet, venison pepper, gruyere and blackberry pie.
