Tasting note
The Le Pitre Salice Salentino's playful bouquet of black plum, apricot and anise shows aromatic complexity and lots of finesse. The distinctive nuances of raspberry, black cherry and blueberry shape their individual texture. With subdued, finely developed tannins, medium-bodied and distinctive acidity, this red wine shows its masterly quality.
Culinary recommendation
Negroamaro is already ready to drink and is already well balanced between fruit and tannin. A treat with grilled, juicy chicken breast.
