Tasting note
The Le Pic des Combettes BIO Côtes du Rhône Village AC has a typical southern French blend of grape varieties. Similar to Chateauneuf du Pape, the pigeons grow on rocky soil. The structurally accentuated Le Pic des Combettes BIO Côtes du Rhône Village AC has a dense ruby red. It has lots of blackcurrants, a bit smoky, impetuously young and with sublime minerality.
