Tasting note
Pale yellow color with silver reflections. On the nose, the wine is characterized by vanilla, roasted aromas and candied citrus fruits such as pineapple. The dominance of oak on the palate brings a lot of freshness. Long aftertaste with toasted notes and vanilla notes.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand. Grape pressing followed by cold sedimentation. Fermentation in oak barrels and aging on fine lees for 10 months. Then a further 6 months in the tank.
