About the wine
If we can offer something special for Christmas 2021, it's this dominant Shiraz 2020 — Le Petit Caboche. The winemaker from the French winery Domaine du Père Caboche greets us with this wine, which he grows in the Côtes du Rhône countryside. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a culinary experience when you offer this Shiraz with barbecue or game.

Tasting note
Intense aromas of sweet licorice, as well as the taste of fresh red and black berries. Rich, exuberant wine with aromas of red jam and spicy notes, fine, silky tannins. A wonderful wine for every day, accessible, direct and wonderfully balanced. Intense dark reddish purple with a bluish tinge.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with avocado with shrimps, crab cocktail, delicatessen charcuterie, “Quattro Stagioni” pizza, grilled sea bass, sea bream with fennel, veal with creamy mushroom sauce and blue cheese.
