Tasting note
Reddish black Dense, with aromas of black berries and fruits. Intense fruit on the palate. Half aged in over 200 years old oak barrels, half in new wood. Ludovic & Magali give their wines a lot of time. The wines remain in peace for at least 3 to 5 years without moving. During vinification, they relied entirely on the natural aging cycle. A Cavino customer's comment: “Sensational, simply sensational.” How right he is.
