100% Chardonnay. Only the best grapes from the Mont Aimé plot are used for this champagne. Decant beforehand. Compact bouquet, hazelnuts, daisies, chamomile, brioche, pure laude. On the palate, wonderfully vinous, powerful, finest mousse, wonderfully balanced, structured and infinitely long-lasting.
