About the wine
We have a special, dominant Cabernet Sauvignon from 2013 for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. Blooming and sunny landscapes of Piedmont give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Matteo Correggia conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a culinary experience when you offer this Cabernet Sauvignon with pizza with mushrooms or ribeye steak.

Tasting note
Dense ruby red Warm notes of red fruits on the nose, typical light peppery notes of Bordeaux varieties mixed with the light eucalyptus tone of Roero. On the palate, with an impressive structure, rich fruit, gripping yet balanced.
Culinary recommendation
As a meditation wine by yourself. It also goes well with game or other hearty meat dishes.
Vinification
8 to 10 days of fermentation in steel tanks. Aged for at least 9 months in new barriques and another year in the bottle.
