Tasting note
Flavours of plum, currant and red pepper, surrounded by floral nuances, particularly the scent of violet. A wine with a soft, harmonious start, noticeable, well-integrated, round tannins in the middle of the palate, rounded off by a pleasant acid structure. Brilliant bright ruby red.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with light antipasti, vegetable soup, braised meat, soft and semi-hard cheeses.
Vinification
Angaben über Vinifizierung: Die Rebberge liegen auf rund 300-400m über Meer und sind im Cordon Erziehungssystem angelegt. Lese Anfang Oktober, traditionelle Vinifikation und Ausbau des Weines während 4 Monaten in Stahltanks und weitere drei Monate in der Flasche.
