Tasting note
The nose reveals mineral notes, which are accompanied by fruity (grapefruit) and subtle floral and floral aromas. The sensory impression in the bouquet is fine and elegant. This fruity representative of a classic grape variety also appears on the palate, where the vife structure stands out, is present but is harmoniously integrated into the overall appearance. The finale is delicate and sustainable. This Riesling impresses with its fruity, linear character.

Goes well with fish dishes, poultry dishes, sushi, crustaceans, veal, goat cheese and sheep cheese.
Vinification
