Tasting note
Nice flat yellow. Spicy on the nose, fresh with aromas of white fruits and almonds. Long and voluminous on the palate, fresh and racy with aromas of lemon zest, toast and lovely minerality. Camille makes a wonderful, storable aperitif wine from the three Mediterranean varieties Rolle, Clairette and Bourboulenc. Thanks Camille.
