Easter 2019 is just around the corner! Make the most of it with this dominant red wine 2014 — Le Forcément Carignan AOC. Sunny landscapes of Languedoc-Roussillon give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the French winery Domaine de l'Edre conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. Tasting note
Ruby red. On the nose, berries, fresh fruits. Round and full-bodied, a wonderfully drinkable wine made from ancient Carignan vines, harvested on the high plateau facing the coast in the south of the Escaliers de Vingrau. What the hundreds of sangliers don't eat off goes in the bottle.
Culinary recommendation
