Tasting note
Pale golden yellow with brilliant reflections. White peach, ripe citrus fruit, quince and white flowers in an elegant nose pattern. Seductive and subtle at the same time, with delicate fruit aromas and a subtle vanilla note. Delicately creamy palate with fascinating white fruit and an excellent balance between fruit sweetness, citrusy freshness and great palate fullness. A treat now, but with impressive storage potential.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with tortillas, tapas, croquetas and fried fish. Just as exciting with scallops, scampi with garlic and grilled sea fish.
