Tasting note
The Le Colture Rosé Brut impresses with a delicate taste of Glera grapes, underlined by red berries such as wild strawberries, pomegranates and gooseberries. Fresh and harmonious on the palate, it offers a pleasant structure and long-lasting persistence. An elegant rosé prosecco with lively freshness, perfect for delightful moments.
Culinary recommendation
Recommended serving temperature is between 5 and 7 °C. This rosé prosecco goes well with smoked salmon pasta, is delicious with fried eggs with cream cheese cream and grated ginger and shows interesting flavor combinations with chickpea and lentil balls.
Vinification
The grapes consist of 85% Glera and 15% Pinot Nero. The vineyards are located in Montello — Nervesa della Battaglia. The harvest takes place in late August, in the first days of September for Glera. The vinification is traditionally carried out in steel tanks.
