Tasting note
Iridescent, clear, light gold with wafer-fine green reflections. Pure, fruity on the nose, ripe, toasted aromas of dried apricots, figs and papaya interweave with floral nuances of English roses, slightly lactic. Fresh start, pleasant, juicy acidity, strong, sweet-looking fruit on the palate, distinctive minerality that is finely tart in the aftertaste.
