Le Chapitre VDP C.d.Murviel 1991 - Domaine de Ravanès

1991, wasn't I still in diapers? Excellent white wine with exotic aromas of quince, mango and lime, harvested in November with 40% noble rotten grapes, dry matured. The Chapitre plot was located in the middle of the Orbe, a large part of the vines was washed under during severe floods 20 years ago and torn away by the floods of the river. In 1992, this wine was harvested for the last time. Goes perfectly with terrines, fois gras or sautéed fish, an exceptional wine in a class of its own for freaks.
