Tasting note
Deep garnet red The intense bouquet shows notes of dried fruit, coffee and subtle roasted aromas. Full-bodied and velvety on the palate. Warm and persistent in the aftertaste and aftertaste.
Vinification
After manual harvesting, the grapes for this red sweet wine are dried for about five months in well-ventilated rooms. The temperature-controlled fermentation takes around 30 days. The wine is aged in barriques for 12 months.
