Tasting note
Brilliant yellow with straw reflections. On the nose with aromas of tropical fruits and ripe vineyard peaches, accompanied by white flowers. Rich, long-lasting and extremely juicy on the palate. Ends with mineral notes.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with white meat, Moroccan or Indian cuisine, shellfish, grilled fish or blue cheese.
Vinification
Jean-Claude Mas' great-grandfather bought the family's first vineyard in 1892. It was nine hectares in size and was located outside the town of Montagnac in the Hérault department. The family business grew from generation to generation, and today Jean-Claude Mas owns land in various areas of Languedoc.
