About the wine
With the first-class Lazio IGT Nero Buono, which was produced in 2019, you will definitely have a lot of fun. The winemaker from the Italian winery Federici is absolutely proficient in his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the fertile and flourishing countryside of Lazio.
Tasting note
Floral, rose-like scent with fresh garden herbs. The acidity and tannin are noticeable at the start. On the finish, the wine remains fruity and pleasantly soft. The medium to late ripening Nero Buono variety grows exclusively in the province of Lazio.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with sausage and cheese platters, pasta dishes or roasts.
Vinification
Aged for 6 months in steel tanks and 3 months in barriques.
