With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Ritterhof masters this red wine in the fertile and picturesque landscape of South Tyrol. Tasting note
Deep and dense ruby red color. Subtle, aromatic scent of chocolate and wild berries, supported by spicy notes. Strong and full-bodied structure on the palate with velvety but still covering tannins. Juicy and balanced. Long-lasting finish

Goes well with game, red meat, ripe, strong cheeses
Vinification
After a short maceration period, the selected grapes are fermented for around 12 days at a constant temperature of 28°C. This wine ages in French barriques and large wooden barrels for 12 months.
