Tasting note
Red wine from the ancient autochthonous and once almost disappeared Piedmontese grape variety Ruchè. Aromatic fruity bouquet with the typical aroma of rose petals for Ruchè. Very elegant on the palate, soft, with well-integrated tannins and a balancing acid structure.

Goes well with game, pasta and meat dishes as well as aged cheese.
