Tasting note
Bright red Opulent aromas. Fresh and fruity on the palate. A delicious red wine, without any additives or sulfur.
Culinary recommendation
It is an excellent choice with light meat dishes such as lamb chops or poultry with herbs.
Vinification
The cuvée consists of Graciano and Tempranillo, which are harvested by hand and spontaneously fermented with natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks. After aging in the same containers for about six months, the wine is bottled without filtration and without the addition of sulphur. This process preserves the purity and authenticity of the wine.
