About the wine
In 1934, the Italian immigrant Pietro de Martino bought several hectares of vineyards in the Maipo Valley. In doing so, he continued an old family tradition from Viganello. Once a year, oenologist Marcelo Retamal travels to various countries to familiarize himself with local wine production and the latest developments and trends. Today, De Martino wines are characterized by the intensity of the fruit aroma and pleasant tannins.

Tasting note
Aromas of peach, papaya, honey, orange, raisins. Oily texture, very concentrated with fresh acidity and a long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fruit cake and blue cheese.
Vinification
Botrity infested grapes. Slow fermentation and later aging in old French oak barrels. Only 450 bottles are produced.
