Tasting note
A medium-deep golden yellow color in the glass. An intense and rich bouquet indicates ripe grapes. Juicy yellow fruit, vanilla too. A completely unknown and unique aroma profile of this variety, which does not resemble either the Styrian or the Pannonian variety. Luxurious Dry palate, lower acidity, strong body. In addition to the oily texture, the wine also fills the mouth with a pleasant softness and a full flavor
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The ideal drinking temperature for the organic white wine is a slightly chilled 12°-14°C. Flaschenpost team tip: Laski Rizling goes perfectly with duck, Asian food and mushrooms.
Vinification
Selective reading by hand. Then fermentation for 5 days at uncontrolled temperature on the grape's own yeast. Aged for 24 months in Slovenian barriques. It acquires its elegance without human intervention, thus providing natural stability.
